Topple The Tower
A downloadable game for Windows
Topple The Tower is a rouge-like bullet hell where you travel from room to room, slowly ascending the tower. You, the local knight, have been tasked with dealing with a rogue witch tower. Spacetime distorts inside it and it is teeming with strange creatures, hellbent on turning you into their dinner.
The Tower
Travel through dungeons, libraries, gardens, graveyards, ice caves, casino's and more. Don't mind the flesh corridors though. Do not mind them.
The Creatures
Many creatures roam the tower. Enchanted tomes, eyeders, skeletons, candles, inklings, ghosts and glitches, all there to keep the tower standing. But the tower is not only populated with bloodthirsty creatures. Kinder beings have also taken up residence in the rouge tower and are often willing to help you, for a price.
The Weapons
What do you do with a sword? You throw it, of course! But you can also use many other weapons, such as magic staffs or maybe even an 8-ball. The tower if full of creative ways to eradicate your enemies.
You can also go wishlist the game on Steam!

The game seems fun, though I just started playing it and so far my longest run ended with a crash when trying to have a friendly talk with obj_kamille :D Are you looking for testers or some other kind of help by any chance?
oh man you're totally right! one of her dialogs were bugged. having a tester would be super rad but i'm sadly not in a position where i can provide any payment for such things
Duh, all your games are free, I'm not expecting money :| And I should clarify I don't have a lot of experience in the matter x)
ideally i'd like to compensate people for their time in this capitalistic hell hole of a world but i'm glad to hear you're willing to help anyway. and hey, there's only one way to get experience! i can email you next time i've got a build ready?
Sure, that sounds fine!
The game so far is rather simplistic, but it's fuuun!!! Didn't get too many opportunities to obtain new items; unsure what sorta RNG/consistency there is on that front, but... I mean........... The times I did find items, the world was absolutely getting destroyed!!!! Having a proper full-screen (playing this at 1080p makes the bottom get cut off by the taskbar, if it isn't hidden!!) and making entities visible when they're outta bounds will be greatly appreciated in the future, alongside any other sort of changes, but!!!!
It is fun shooting those knives in the tower!!! The skulls are pure evil, though.
yeah the chance of getting items is super low in this build but that is changing! i've made it so the room order is seeded instead of random in the next update and that has helped a lot! i had no idea there were issues with the fullscreen and i shall look into that. if you enemies byt entities then i made them disappear when they're in the walls on purpose (to be a meanie) but maybe that is too meanie...
Them disappearing does make the skulls pure evil!!! And yeah, the fullscreen thing is a little odd. Since there's no options for adjusting it (as far as I can tell) it just kinda ends up looking like this with no way of adjusting it, pff. Either way though!!! Looking forward to updates!!! Ganba with everything!!!!!
okay that does look odd. even more odd that that doesn't happen to me. guess it's time to implement some settings soon haha
The sprites were very good and easy to operate, so I am looking forward to seeing the atmosphere when the music is on. It is interesting that the synergy between the performance of the weapons and the passive enhancement effects of the items makes them stronger. I wanted to see the various effects but couldn't find the store *meow* And the sprite of the main character when the helmet was removed was cute and surprising!
